George Sharp : Chief Executive Officer

George Sharp is an entrepreneur with 35 years executive experience at the CEO/President level. He has founded a number of companies, having taken several of them public. He is a former leveraged buyout specialist. Sharp is the company's visionary and has assembled a diversely experienced management team combining industry-specific background, public market management and extraordinary entrepreneurial skill sets.

Mike Horne : Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Horne joins Hunt Global as a proven executive and expert in the area corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Horne most recently led operations, financial reporting and capital funding for Carbon Green, Inc., oversaw Traxis Group's acquisition of Bluebird, Optima and North American Bus, helped lead automotive acquisitions by Cerberus Capital and served as a senior finance executive at Visteon Corporation and Ford Motor Corporation. Mr. Horne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from University of Notre Dame.

Lou Schwartz : Managing Director

Lou Schwartz has over 25 years experience as a senior sales and business development executive, creating numerous third party marketing partnerships with Fortune 100 companies. He has additionally served as both President and CEO of a public company. He is highly skilled at accelerating revenues, working on coordinating pre-funding strategies and organizing post-funding sales and marketing efforts.

Jewel Hunt : Chairman

Jewel Hunt served as the chief executive of a family business which was one of largest U.S. timberland and saw mill operators. Hunt has executive experience as a world-wide specialist in industrial plant manufacturing production processes.

Lisa Hunt : President

Lisa Hunt has 28 years of executive experience at the corporate level. She has worked with many industry leaders to design and implement computer software systems for Fortune 500 clients. She was directly responsible for the development of a number of Dynegy's energy trading and financial systems, American Bridge Corp's accounting system, Compaq Computer's industrial operations management and 30 other systems to various companies worldwide. During the past four years, she has managed the development of the 360 acre property containing our sand and gravel reserves. This has included supervising the design construction of roads and lakes, along with managing the relationships with the EPA, Army Corps of Engineers, TECQ, etc. Ms. Hunt has also developed a proprietary system design to maximize the production of industrial sands and other products.

Gregg Enders: CEO Hunt Biofuels

Mr. Enders is an experienced CEO of both public and private companies, including Bizmart Computer Super Centers, Stratasoft, Inc., Commerciant Holdings, Inc., Intermat, Inc., Strategic Distribution, MRO Software and Momentum Biodiesel. In addition, Mr. Enders has served as President and CEO of GEAM, Inc., an acquisitions and management company established for the purpose of consulting in the areas of business acquisitions, financial restructuring and strategic planning.. Mr. Enders has served on the Development Board of Texas A&M Mays Business School and has additionally received many community, education and business awards and recognitions.

Manfred Sternberg : Chief Legal Counsel

Manfred Sternberg, J.D. has practiced law in Texas and Louisiana for twenty three years, representing many oil & gas exploration and production companies. He is also the founder and Chairman of Bluegate Corporation, a public company that provides technology to the healthcare industry. Manfred was recently appointed by, Governor Perry as Chairman of the Texas Health Services Authority.

Charlie Cooper : Chief operating officer

Charlie Cooper has over 25 years of operational management experience in facilities that mine, process and distribute sand and gravel for construction. The vast majority of those operations have been located in Houston and throughout Texas. He was the founder and CEO of a Houston-based sand and gravel operation.

Gregg Enders : Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Enders has served as Chief Executive Officer of several public and private companies including Momentum Biofuels, Stratasoft, Commerciant Holdings, Intermat, Strategic Distribution, MRO Software, Integration Systems and Computer Productivity. Most of these companies have been involved in existing and emerging technologies and have included high volume hardware sales, technology development, professional skills training, communications and electronics. In addition, Mr. Enders has served as President and CEO of GEAM, Inc., an acquisitions and management company established for the purpose of consulting in the areas of business acquisitions, financial restructuring, strategic planning and implementation of client companies. Mr. Enders served in the United States Air Force (both active duty and reserves) from 1972 - 1978. From 2002 until August of 2007 Mr. Enders served on the Development Board of Texas A&M's Mays Business School.

Gary Johnson : Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Johnson has over 20 years of executive level management experience in public companies delivering products, services and solutions to Global 2000 clients. Prior to joining Hunt, Mr. Johnson served as COO of Momentum Biofuels, Vice President of Operations for Stratasoft, President of IHS-Intermat Solutions, Vice President of Operations with MRO Software and Vice President and General Manager of Integration Systems. Mr. Johnson gained extensive experience in transition management through several mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and MBO/LBO's while associated with these firms. Prior to these corporate positions, Mr. Johnson served in various capacities with several rapid growth emerging technologies based companies. Mr. Johnson attended the University of Houston and resides in Houston with his family.

David Pearce : Vice President Operations

Mr. Pearce serves as Vice President of Operations for Hunt BioSolutions. He is responsible for and supervises day to day operations of the company's Biofuel production facility in Pasadena, TX. Those duties include design and construction of facilities, production and quality control, training, lab operations, and logistics. Mr. Pearce has developed an extensive network of contacts within the emerging Biofuels Industry in the United States. He also is involved in the continuing Research and Development in all phases of production and quality control to ensure continued progress towards the company's goal of becoming the premier supplier of quality biofuels. Mr. Pearce has also served as Vice President Operations for Momentum Biofuels, Plant Manager for SMS Envirofuels and Aegis Fuel Technologies, and Director of Operations for Safe Fuels. Mr. Pearce has over 35 years of senior level operations experience prior to entering the Biodiesel Industry in 2002. Mr. Pearce is a graduate of Texas A&M University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Masters in Education.
